Notice of Payment for Second Assessment November 17, 2005

To all Pondapple Homeowners:

Last year during the hurricane we voted on and approved a $400 assessment for clean up and to replace other hurricane expended funds. In October of 2004 we sent out Notices and most of you paid the $200.

We had indicated that the second $200 would be due in February/March, if we were unable to get reimbursed from private insurance and or FEMA. Both declined to pay anything.

The second assessment has been due and owing for close to 6 months, but many of you have indicated that you did not receive a Notice of Payment for Second Assessment.

This is your notice for payment. If by chance you were among the small handful that paid please send us a copy of your cancelled check for $200 indicating it was for the assessment.

WE NEED THESE FUNDS REMITTED IMMEDIATELY IN ORDER TO HOPEFULLY AVOID ANOTHER HURRICANE ASSESSMENT FOR HURRICANE WILMA.

PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR CHECK TO THE NEW PO BOX THAT YOU HAVE BEEN GIVEN IN THE FLYER BEING HANDED OUT.
