-
Bianca, VJ, and Norton each had Board terms which were expiring.
All three were re-elected by a majority of those casting votes.
Their term is for two years.
-
Finances:
Operating and Reserves accounts continue to be stable.
Dues should not need to go up this year.
Only two houses in the HOA were known to have been in foreclosure,
-
All the irrigation pumps in the development have been replaced.
-
The mailboxes are all to be replaced, with concrete footers.
-
The insurance company's settlement with a resident who injured themself
on the pathway extension to Powerline Road means that it's time to
re-pave all the pathways around the lakes and the rear walkways.
-
Bids for pre-hurricane-season tree trim will be solicited shortly and
further discussion will be held about spraying trees and shrubs for insects.
-
"Energetic" discussions took place on the problems of cars left on
street, mechanical work on cars in driveway, allowing dogs to bark in early
morning and late evening hours, and placement of garbage at curb on days other
than Wednesday and Saturday mornings.
