Pondapple Maintenance Association
Unofficial Annual Meeting Notes
March 31, 2012
-
Board members present were Bianca, VJ, David, and Norton.
Bianca, VJ, and Norton each had Board terms which were expiring.
All three were re-elected by a majority of those casting votes.
Their term is for two years.
The new Board elected to retain the same offices as last year.
-
Finances:
Operating account is stable and Reserves have declined slightly.
There are no outstanding debts and payments have been made for the maintenance
cart and sprinkler repairs.
A discussion was held regarding the need of an increase in our monthly
maintenance payments.
It was decided that IF there was NOT an additional total of $20,000 in
the money market Reserve total at year's end, an increase or an
assessment will be made.
-
Trees will be "hurricane trimmed" for the upcoming storm season.
-
Discussions were held concerning the need of a legal review of the
Pondapple Homeowners Association documents in order to update these
from the original, 1979 documents. This will be made to determine
what present board actions and limitations may exist, and what
specific changes might be called for.
-
A moving and earnest interaction of board members was held with
regards to various ongoing incidents and conditions pertaining to a
Pondapple homeowner. It was decided to call a meeting before the end
of April, requesting the presence of said homeowner to calmly and
fully discuss this situation from all sides.
