Unofficial Notes, Board Meeting of the Pondapple HOA
August 16, 2021
The Board met with David Levy in attendance by Face Time, all others were in attendance at 6611 Sweetmaple Ln. Included Bianca Autuori, Robert Balzano, Floreen Ritzer and Pennina Bredoff. The meeting was called at 7 PM.

• Finances: Bianca indicated that the HOA had $ 129,517.40 in its Reserve Account and $ 19,671.04 in the Operating Checking Account.
• Bianca brought to our attention, the workmanship of the landscaping mantenance company. She reported that they were not doing an adequate job. She discussed this with the owner of the landscaping company and he said he would add aditional personnel to meet the requirements of the job. However, in order to increase the work force, we will need to incur an increase in the monthly charges. Bianca reported that she had collected other bids and they are far more expensive than what we presently are paying and what we would pay, even with the increase.
• We are having all the trash cans, benches, light posts and mailboxes sand blasted and repainted. We will be having the lighpost globes replaced as well.
• Bianca reported that Sergio will be in the development for a week or so to do the annual hurricane cut and trim of the trees.
• We had a discussion regarding rentals and people using their homes as B&Bs; this is netiher allowed in our development nor permitted within the city boundaries of Boca Raton and we will enforce same.
