• Finances: Outflows slightly outpaced income, because recent sprinkler pump repairs have been costly and labor intensive.
• 4 Crape Myrtle trees have been ordered, for planting around the lakes.
• A homeowner requested root removal under one of the neighborhood walkways.
• Construction of a handyman's shed to store tools is planned, needed because Frank is doing some things that we formerly contracted out.
