Unofficial Monthly Board Meeting Notes
October 3, 2011

• Finances: Money market/reserve continues to increase slowly; checking/general fund unchanged.
• Landscapers: Board will address the present company's "spotty" work: will advise that bushes and lawns be kept trimmed, with swift removal of cuttings from driveways and paths.
• We will ask for bids from several companies to remove 3 trees that are invasive to surroundings; the cost will be split with homeowners, and replacement trees paid by homeowners.
• The golf cart/ handyman's shed is now in place in common area near Brookshire Circle.
• At this time there will be no increase in our monthly maintenance fee.
• Via Verde HOA (master association) has paid in full for the resurfacing of the walkway around the lake.
• The homeowner with broken and loose gutter will again be contacted for its removal and/or repair.
• We will also contact the homeowner who has erected a temporary enclosed plastic structure atop a backyard deck, from which noises after 11 p.m. are disturing surrounding homeowners.
